Erik Waner has been in hotel operations for over 25 years. From his first job as a housekeeper at a four diamond hotel in Wilmington, Delaware to his ownership of four different hotel management companies over the past ten years, including Arbus Hospitality. Simultaneously with these investments, Erik is the co-founder of Eagle Point Hotel Partners, a value-add hotel real estate investment platform that has, over the last ten years, invested just under $700mm in the hospitality sector as well as the ILC, a leading independent hotel conference company. His focus going forward is sustainable hospitality, its principals reflected in his latest platform, Arbus. In his past he was a principal and managing director of Ramsfield Hospitality Finance, a CarVal Investors (formerly Cargill Value Investment) backed hotel lending platform. As well as a with Jones Lang Lasalle Hotels at their NYC headquarters investment sales division and prior to that HVS International, also at their headquarters, in Mineola, NY.  Erik graduated from Cornell University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration.
