Tony Greenberg is a real estate and hospitality developer and the CEO of Vertice Hospitality. He is the developer and co-founder of SingleThread Farms, a 3 Michelin starred, World’s 50 Best restaurant and boutique hotel in Healdsburg, California. Prior to SingleThread, Tony led 4W Venture Partners, a Manhattan-based real estate development and investment firm focused on specialty hospitality and over the last 20 years he has over $1 Billion of real estate finance and development transaction experience. Prior to 4WVP he was the VP of Development and Finance for Hudson Yards Dev Corp, which facilitated the development of the world’s largest private real estate development project at over 14 million square feet. He is an expert at understanding all areas of real estate economics, hospitality operations and management, financial feasibility, and obtaining development entitlements. He has a deep network of both institutional-level and taste-maker relationships and is known for negotiating fair deals that balance creative talent with financial acumen.
