Erica’s journey into sound healing began with her certification in Nepal, where she mastered the art of Tibetan bowl sound healing and therapy. She further deepened her expertise by studying under the SF Sound Symphony, Dr. Paul Hubbert, and Globe Institute, honing her skills in creating immersive and healing soundscapes. She founded ‘Sound Healing Project’ to bring transformative sound medicine and yoga teachings to diverse communities, fostering deep self-reconnection.
