Mike Brown is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Syndication Finance (RESF) group at Wells Fargo Securities. He manages secured loan syndications for Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate (CRE) group across the western US (including Texas), as well as covering CRE’s Specialty Finance Group’s national platform (including Hospitality and Data Centers). He joined RESF in 2012  and prior to that served as a vice president and relationship manager the Hospitality Finance group of Wells Fargo, where he was integral in building the group’s Western U.S. lending platform since its creation in 2008.

Over the course of Mike’s 20-year career  he has advised on, structured, sold, financed, and syndicated more than $50 billion of real estate transaction across the US and Canada.

Mike earned his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and holds a Series 79 and 63 securities license.
