Catherine Lee is the General Manager of 1 Hotel Central Park with Starwood Hotels. She has been a hospitality leader for nearly two decades. Her work experience includes Manhattan’s flagship hotels such as The Ritz-Carlton New York Central Park, New York Marriott Marquis, Renaissance New York Times Square and Sofitel New York. Additionally, Catherine has significant hotel opening experience across the United States, having been a part of the teams that opened 1 Hotel San Francisco and 1 Hotel Nashville. Catherine also brings global hospitality perspective through her prior roles as the Acting General Manager of 1 Hotel Toronto, Treehouse London and 1 Hotel Mayfair.

Catherine’s expertise includes collaborating across teams to succeed in hospitality operational strategies such as implementing new processes to improve guest and team member experiences.

Having grown up in three continents, Catherine has an affinity for merging various cultures and applying her unique background to effectuate strong team dynamics.  

Catherine has a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
