As Chief Development Officer, Robin shapes Montage International’s future, defining luxury in the evolving landscape of hospitality. She leads the Acquisitions, Development, Design, & Construction efforts across the globe for both the Montage and Pendry brands of luxury hotels, resorts, and residences. Since joining the Montage team as head of Acquisitions and Development ten years ago, the portfolio has seen dramatic growth. Starting from four open hotels in 2016, her team has delivered 11 new properties, with an additional eight properties currently under construction, seven in design, and myriad in earlier stages of development. Robin’s team has accomplished this unprecedented expansion while maintaining their unique positioning as a privately held luxury brand and operating partner.

Robin began her hospitality career at Marriott International, both in Development Finance, and as Vice President Full-Service Development, before taking a role as Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA in Economics from UNC Chapel Hill.
