Jane is a Managing Director at Cove Hill Partners, a private equity firm with $2.5bn of commitments, where she helps lead the software investing effort. Prior to joining the Cove Hill founding team, Jane worked as Chief of Staff of OpsGenie, where she worked closely with the management team on key strategic initiatives, including the sale of the company to Atlassian. Before that, Jane worked at Bain Capital Public Equity, investing in publicly traded software companies. Prior to that, she worked at Berkshire Partners, in both its private equity group and its public equity affiliate, Stockbridge. She began her career at Morgan Stanley in the media and communications investment banking group. Jane holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
