Brigette Harenda

Brigette founded B&Co. in 2008 with the express intent of creating a hospitality branding firm. The decision came after becoming a hotelier herself when she traded branding work for a percentage of a hotel. That property – The Iron Horse Hotel – started it all, and she says she’s been a hospitality junkie ever since.
Now an investor in a few hospitality projects, Brigette understands that branding is an investment, and the ROI is realized for the life of the business. B&Co. has branded more than 100 hotels, bars and restaurants all over the U.S. and Caribbean and believes the discovery process for each market is the key to delivering successful brands.
A native Milwaukeean, she’s wildly supportive of her “Third Coast” hometown. Her passions are travel, scuba diving and serving as an advocate for those struggling with homelessness.
