Gray’s previous executive roles include transforming the cruise experience for Royal Caribbean and the world’s largest class of ships; Creating and serving as faculty and chair at Georgetown University’s Master’s in Global Hospitality Leadership program; And leading the global strategic brand & design redevelopment of Starwood Hotels’ most notable brands: W Hotels and Le Méridien. Based in Washington, DC and Northern Portugal, he is a spokesman for the hospitality industry and a published author. He has been to over 100 countries + territories on 6 continents & all 50 US states. Gray graduated as valedictorian from Clemson University and holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University.
