With more than 20 years in hospitality, Eric has held leadership roles at Loews Hotels, Salamander Hotels & Resorts, Noble House, and Benchmark Hospitality—shaping brand performance, driving growth, and championing a people-first culture along the way.

Known for his collaborative style and results-driven mindset, Eric thrives on empowering others to succeed while pushing boundaries in innovation and guest experience. Outside of the office, Eric’s all about good food, great company, and quality time with his wife, Jenn, and their three teenagers—Riley, Jamieson, and Addison. He loves sharing those adventures on Instagram as a self-proclaimed “amateur influencer”.
