Michael Ditterline is currently Senior Vice President at Rockbridge, a vertically integrated, hospitality-centered investment firm in Columbus, Ohio.  Michael leads a team that develops and implements investment strategies that drive the performance and value for a collection of 25 independent luxury and lifestyle hotels in several major markets across the United States.  He has over 30 years of experience in hospitality. Prior to Rockbridge, Michael was Vice President of Asset Management for DiamondRock Hospitality, a publicly traded real estate investment trust where he also focused on a portfolio of luxury and lifestyle hotels.  Prior to Asset Management, Michael was a hotel operator in urban markets such as The Gwen Hotel, Chicago to resort destinations like the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, Florida.  As a General Manager of The Gwen Hotel he received several accolades such as the 2018 Marriot International Hotel of the Year – Distinct Luxury Division, as well as being name the #1 Hotel in the United States by Conde Nast Traveler’s Readers Choice Award in 2021.  Michael and his wife, Jean, live in Glenview, Illinois and have three amazing kids.
