Founder | Auberge Resorts Collection
Mark is Founder of Auberge Resorts Collection. He formed Auberge in 1998 with the same vision that inspires him today: to build a best-in-class collection of one-of-a-kind resorts, hotels and residences in exceptional places. Today, Auberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of unique hotels, resorts and residences that have garnered numerous awards and accolades for their character and memorable experiences.
Mark plays an integral role in the design and development process, from the initial concept to opening, with the goal of creating places that connect people to spectacular natural settings and to one another. Each Auberge property shares a crafted approach to luxury that is expressed through captivating design, exceptional cuisine and spas, a spirit of adventure and romance, and gracious yet unobtrusive service.
Auberge Resorts Collection currently comprises 13 properties, with five set to open within the next two years and additional properties in development. The Auberge portfolio includes: Auberge du Soleil, Calistoga Ranch and Solage, Napa Valley, Calif.; Esperanza and Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, Los Cabos, Mexico; Hotel Jerome, Aspen; Malliouhana, Anguilla; Nanuku, Fiji; Element 52, Telluride, Colo.; Hacienda AltaGracia, Costa Rica; and Auberge Beach Residences and Spa Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; The Lodge at Blue Sky, Park City, Utah (opening 2019); Mauna Lani, Hawaii (Late 2019); Susurros del Corazon, Punta de Mita, Mexico (2020), with several others in development.
