Chris is the President & Managing Partner of GCommerce, a hospitality focused digital marketing agency that thinks a little differently than other agencies. He brings more than 20 years of digital marketing and hotel operations experience, with the last 13 years spent with GCommerce.

He is known as one of the industry’s recognized disrupters via a monthly Hotels Magazine byline, and as a judge of the annual Hotel Social Awards and HSMAI Adrian Awards, to name a few.
Chris brings a unique and sometimes controversial perspective to the conversations through challenging traditional thinking. He understands the challenges many hotel owners and operators face from his extensive background in hotel operations as a General Manager of numerous upscale hotels and resorts, prior to joining GCommerce. His combined experience of operations and digital marketing allows him to effectively apply a marketing strategy to overcome pressing industry and property level challenges.
