Swathi began her career in the music industry as the chief of staff to Sean “P.Diddy” Combs where she assisted in the strategic planning and coordination of cross-promotional opportunities within Sean Combs’ music, fashion, film, and restaurant entities. She later obtained her J.D. with a focus in entertainment law. Following her legal education and admission to the Bar, Swathi co-founded Luxemi in 2010, a pioneering e-commerce start-up in the fashion rental space, where she led marketing and operations and managed a multi-continent supply chain, while also serving as in-house counsel for six years. She is based in New Orleans and now invests her time and experience in a variety of a hospitality-centric projects in her home state of Louisiana.

Travel, specifically my last trip to Japan.

Who would play you in a movie?
Can I say myself? In addition to harboring dreams of becoming a Popeyes brand ambassador, I'm also looking to become the middle-aged breakout star of a Netflix show entitled "So you wanna be a hotelier?"
