Unable financially to begin renovations, she ran the hotel herself for three years while forming a business plan and working to secure financing.

With oversight of Two Roads’ hotel portfolio, she was responsible for property financial performance, guest experience, food & beverage programming and interior design strategy, with a focus on elevating the lifestyle experiences across the company’s enviable roster of hotels and resorts.
