Neil founded AutoCamp to make it easier for people to experience and connect with each other in the great outdoors. Since 2013, AutoCamp has revolutionized the outdoor lodging industry by bringing boutique-style amenities, mid-century modern design, and welcoming hospitality to some of the world’s most beautiful natural places.
With stylish accommodations in modern Airstream suites and luxurious tents, AutoCamp has locations in Santa Barbara, the Russian River Valley, and just outside the gates of Yosemite National Park, with a national expansion of the brand currently underway. The company was recognized by AHEAD in 2019 as New Concept of the Year.
Neil leads the AutoCamp team with a passion for inspired hospitality and an eye for details, always seeking out new ways to create guest delight. He was recently recognized as one of the 2019 Most Creative People in Business by Fast Company and is a past recipient of the California Governor's Economic and Environmental Leadership Award – the state’s highest business and environmental honor – for his work to develop prototype net-zero energy buildings.
Neil splits his time between San Francisco and Santa Barbara and is an avid adventurer, helicopter pilot, downhill skier, and surfer.
