As the Director of Operations & Events at Independent Lodging Congress, Kathryn is responsible for overseeing the successful planning and execution of all ILC events.
Kathryn graduated from Boston University's School of Hospitality Administration and went on to pursue her dream career in event operations at a firm in Philadelphia for four years. Kathryn had the opportunity to produce large scale events for the City of Philadelphia as well as multi-day conferences for corporate clients. When Covid hit in 2020, the industry changed and Kathryn took a hiatus from events by taking a role in Workplace Operations for a real estate technology company. After a year and a half in that role, Kathryn is elated to be back in the hospitality industry and working alongside a group of amazing individuals! Outside of work, Kathryn loves trying out new and exciting restaurants and spending time outside.
