Jordana L. Jarjura is President and General Counsel for Menin. Jordana directs day-today operations at Menin, including all community outreach and civic giving on behalf of the company. She works on all aspects of the development and execution of new acquisitions and projects, she oversees leasing of existing properties, and she handles all legal matters, including hiring and management of outside counsel.
Before joining Menin, Jordana was General Counsel for a leading South Florida construction company. Prior to that as a Partner at two leading Florida law firms, Jordana’s private practice focused on government affairs, development entitlements, government contracts and land use/zoning appeals. Jordana has led development and construction teams for commercial and government projects ranging in size from $5 million to $150 million. At Menin, she has overseen development from assemblage to opening for projects ranging from $8 million to $132 million.
Jordana is the former Vice Mayor of the City of Delray Beach, where she oversaw a $132 million general fund budget and a $236 million CIP. She has also served on the Delray Beach Planning & Zoning Board, Palm Beach County MPO, the PBC State Attorney’s Sober Homes Task Force, the City of Fort Lauderdale Beach CRA Advisory Board, Bound for College, the Crockett Foundation and Old School Square. Jordana is a member of Leadership Florida Cornerstone Class 35. Born in Connecticut, Jordana has lived in Palm Beach County for 35+ years, of which almost two decades have been in Delray’s lauded Downtown. She has a B.A. from the University of Florida, a JD from Pepperdine University’s School of Law, and a MBA from the Graziadio School of Business and Management.
