Craig Menin is a privately held owner, developer and manager of commercial real estate properties. He founded Menin in 1985, headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida. The firm owns, manages and is in development of more than $700 million of commercial real estate, focusing on urban commercial mixed-use, hospitality and multi-family projects in South Florida, which includes the upcoming Delray Beach Market and The Ray, a boutique luxury hotel.
A native New Yorker, Menin developed centers in states including Virginia, Tennessee and the Carolinas before moving to Florida. Some of his most notable achievements include Palm Beach Gardens’ “Downtown at the Gardens”, a mixed-use center that brought several well-known spots to Florida along with Greenville, South Carolina, a groundbreaking 700,000 square foot open-air retail project. Both developments later sold for the largest price paid for similar concepts in their markets to this day.
Menin currently resides in Delray Beach with his family.
