Eagle Point Hotel Partners
Erik Warner is the co-founder and a lead principal in Eagle Point Hotel Partners (“EPHP”), a hotel real estate platform created in 2011 to transact value-add investments in the hotel sector.
Since the founding of his company he and his partner Stephen Chan have placed over $600mm of equity in 17 investments that range from the off-the-grid 24-key wellbeing and educational experience Lumeria Maui to the Waikiki phenomenon and award winning Surfjack to the management platform Aqua-Aston as well as larger investments like the creation and development of Arlo in New York City, the award nominated Anvil Hotel in Jackson, Wyoming as well as his latest Soundview Greenport.
Warner is also back into the management company arena with the start-up Filament Hospitality which is a new type of hotel operator designed to manage hotels better than typical operators as the platform is owned by hotel owners. Prior to EPHP, Erik was previously a principal and managing director of Ramsfield Hospitality Finance a partnership between Carval Investors and Ramsfield Real Estate. In addition to helping launch the platform, during his tenure he was involved in over $325 million of hotel debt and equity investments. Prior to RHF, Warner was with Jones Lang Lasalle Hotels and HVS International.
