If I am no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?
If I am no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?
The below refund policy applies to all the ILC-related events
- Greater than 90 days prior to the event you can get a full refund or put your full purchase towards another one of our events in the next 12 months
- Greater than 30 days out you can 50% of your purchase refunded or you can use 100% of your purchase towards another of our events in the next 12 months
- Within 30 days out we don’t offer any refunds…sorry about that!
- If you purchased a pass to our Philadelphia event in 2020 that had to be postponed due to the pandemic, you may use your credit for our INDIE Confab: Philadelphia event this July 12 & 13th. Please email Jackie Kelly at [email protected] to redeem your pass.

Yes, we reserve a given area for our sponsors to display marketing materials. However, we will note that we are NOT a trade show.
