This is an opportunity to celebrate hotels and professionals who have created a path to success through innovation, a sense of place, and a spirit to serve.

Nominees will be judged by ILC Leadership and four finalists in each category will be announced mid-July. From there, the public will vote for the winners who will be invited to INDIE Congress in L.A. this October to accept their award.

With unrivaled views of the East River, Manhattan Skyline, and iconic Brooklyn Bridge, nearly everything about the hotel is narrated by nature.

Prior to opening, Hearth & Dram – a wood-fire driven and whiskey focused restaurant that opened in Denver’s Union Station neighborhood early 2017 – was named one of the “most anticipated restaurants” of winter 2017 by outlets including Eater, Zagat and Westword, and The Denver Post produced an image-heavy preview of the menu in the Wednesday dining section. Reservation requests for Hearth & Dram via its social media channels began rolling more than two months prior to opening.
